Gael Bizel-Bizellot’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and dispute resolutions, including landlord-tenant law, Tenancy-in-Common (TIC) formations, Condominium Conversions, Public Reports, and real estate business formations. Ms. Bizel-Bizellot represents clients in drafting residential and commercial leases. She also represents clients with Rent Control Issues such as Ellis Act evictions, OMI evictions, rent increase notices, and buy-out negotiations with tenants. Ms. Bizel-Bizellot has extensive experience with TIC and HOA formations and dispute resolutions. She has successfully represented clients in resolving TIC or HOA disputes, including co-owners’ failure to refinance, to pay monthly assessments, and to complete the condo conversion process.
Ms. Bizel-Bizellot has authored and co-authored articles for the Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute (SPOSFI).
