April Alderiso’s practice focuses on real estate purchase and financing transactions, condominium conversions, Tenancy-In-Common formation, subdivisions and commercial leasing. She recently worked for one of the largest realtor associations in drafting a standardized set of forms for use by its members. She is one of San Francisco’s most experienced attorneys in TIC formation and condominium conversion for small property owners. Her subdivision experience includes obtaining Department of Real Estate public reports for residential and mixed use buildings, as well as successfully obtaining written exceptions from the California Department of Real Estate from the public report requirement under certain circumstances. Ms. Alderiso is a licensed real estate broker.
