Anthony C. Soldato’s practice focuses on all aspects of general civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate disputes. Mr. Soldato has represented clients before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Superior Court, Alameda Superior Court, Marin Superior Court, and various governmental agencies. Mr. Soldato has also represented parties in private arbitration proceedings regarding the purchase/sale of real property.Mr. Soldato’s litigation practice is primarily focused on cases concerning breach of lease, fraud, property rights/partition claims, building permit issues, co-owner and HOA Disputes, nuisance, and mold/construction defect claims. Mr. Soldato has also represented clients in breach of purchase and sale agreements and adjustments of rental rates.
His unlawful detainer experience includes cases concerning residential and commercial property. Mr. Soldato also advises clients on both transaction and litigation matters involving the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, Ellis Act issues, Costa-Hawkins rent increases, tenancy-in-common agreements, condominium governing documents, and other co-ownership agreements.
